What you can do

• Create and publish blog content
• Use our themes and templates
• Connect custom domains
• Invite team members to collaborate
• Access our API for custom integrations

What you can't do

• Publish illegal, harmful, or abusive content
• Spam or send unsolicited messages
• Attempt to hack or disrupt our service
• Resell or redistribute our service without permission
• Violate others' intellectual property rights

Your content

• You own your content. We don't claim any rights to it.
• You're responsible for the content you publish.
• We may remove content that violates these terms.
• You can export or delete your content anytime.

Payments

• Prices are in USD unless stated otherwise.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
• Lifetime deals are one-time payments with no recurring fees.
• Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase.

Account termination

• You can cancel your account anytime from settings.
• We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
• Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

Liability

Blog CMS is provided "as is" without warranties. We're not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
